Meet Our Receptionists
Karey has been working at Transcona Veterinary Hospital since 2001. She has a soft spot for Rottweilers.
Deanna graduated from the Veterinary Office Assistant program in 2013 and has been working with us since 2015. When she’s not working she spends her free time at the barn with horses, going for long trail rides. She also enjoys sporting events, like cheering on her favourite team – the Winnipeg Jets.
Debbie has been a veterinary receptionist since 1973 and joined our team in 2015. Outside of work she enjoys spending time at the lake with her family. She also enjoys sewing, which consists of doll clothes for her granddaughter, bandanas for dogs and cat nip pillows.
Our most recent receptionist joined us in 2018 after graduating from the Veterinary Office Assistant program at Robertson College. On her days off she plays 5 pin bowling and enjoys spending time with her family. Her dog’s name is Dakota, who is a Siberian Husky, which happens to be one of her favourite breeds. Sarah’s goal in life is to get a Sphynx.
