The health of you and your family members, as well as our own, has always been and will continue to be our highest priority.  To provide quality veterinary care, while maintaining a safe environment for you and our staff, change continues to be necessary.

We are pleased to announce that on August 18, 2021 we will be welcoming clients back into the clinic.

Please understand that physical distancing in the exam rooms and reception area is difficult to maintain.  Therefore, we request that only one person accompany their pet into the clinic for their appointment.  Masks and hand sanitization will be required upon entry.

If you would prefer to remain in your vehicle, we will be more than happy to service you in that manner.

For appointments:

Please call or text the clinic when you arrive for your scheduled appointment.  The number to text is provided at each parking stall.  To let you know we have received your text, we will reply back to you.

Please indicate which stall you are parked in (the numbers are provided on each sign).  When your doctor is  ready, a staff member will come out to accompany you and your pet into an exam room. 

For Prescriptions, Food, or Over the Counter Purchases:

Please call or text the clinic when you arrive.  Let us know your pet's first and last name as well as what you are here to pick up.  The number to text is provided at each parking stall. 

Please indicate which stall you are parked in (the numbers are provided on each sign).

In order to maintain a safe occupancy, we may direct you to come to the entrance door or you can remain in your vehicle and we will take care of you from there.

 

Payment can be done over the phone with Visa or Mastercard. If paying by debit, we have a station set up for you.  Please bring a mask and let us know you are paying by debit when we call.

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm

Friday:  8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Saturday:  9:00 am - 1:00 pm
